Can Microsoft Beat iTunes With a Store of Its Own?

Microsoft is going to have to start re-inventing itself to remain competitive and profitable. The notion of the Internet as the platform and applications being the Ebay's and Amazon's of the world, would require that MS start creating it's own net apps.
